There is ample outdoor space but also nice temperature controlled indoor seating and high chairs at the bar. The beer selection is good and their own brews are delicious. The food comes out of a food truck situated in the outdoor space. It’s Asian inspired Peruvian street food and most of it comes from the grill. Very delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Like in many places in Miami now they add a 18% service charge to your check but at least I was made aware of it. So you are paying $25 for a burger and $7.50 for a small beer.The menu is on the toast app but you can’t order via the app. You have to let your server know.The outdoor space is partially what used to be heartland but mainly what used to be the parking lot if heartland. There is a pool table and ping-pong table in the back and the rest of the space is filled with different size tables. There are some weird sized square tables with shisha’s on top which look kind of out of place. On a Friday night at the time the band started playing there were about 30 guests, 5 dogs, some kids and roughly 17 staff ( 5 food truck, 4 band and Engenieer, 7 servers/bartenders). That ratio is great for guests but won’t work for the business. I hope this place gets very popular very soon as it’s very nice.GREAT BEER? Live music? FREE parking? Great food? A true “legit” Beer Garden covered by a canopy of mature Live Oak and Banyan trees. It’s simply the perfect spot to enjoy a nice beer day or night. And they have endless seating options from large wood picnic tables to lounge chairs. And the beer garden is massive!If you would rather enjoy your beer inside they got you covered on that as well. Super comfortable cushioned seats with bar seating, low and high top, bench seating. And plenty of space. There are several large TVs which can be easily viewed throughout, perfect for watching a game.Like to play games? They got you covered on that too! Pool table, ping pong, cornhole, and more!Lucky for us this place is literally a 1 minute walk from our office but if you are driving there is a huge free parking lot right next to the place and plenty of street parking all over. Unlike most breweries in Miami where parking is a mess, this place is as simple as it can be. No stress when finding a place to park here and at least in the lot it is free!Another pleasant surprise was how good the food was. We were a bit reluctant to try since it was their first day open but took a risk and went for it. Thankfully we did b/c it was good. The short rib boa bun and fried rice with chicken was perfect. And the fries were perfectly crisp.And finally, the hospitality and service was A++. For Miami and being only their 1st & 2nd day open for business you'd expect there to be issues but there was none whatsoever. The staff was amazing and attentive. From ordering to cashing out it was flawless. The owners are very active in this business and not ghosts CEOs. They have great plans for the future and are open to any suggestions for improvement. They mentioned they want to bring in a lot of entertainment by hosting concerts with a diverse mix of music genres, comedy night, and much more.We are lucky to have a place like this in Miami!**Update** been back here so many times can’t even count. And had to update this review for a specific food item and that is outstanding!The staff and a couple customers said to try the meat and last evening finally went for it and ordered the Churrasco.And the chef absolutely killed it! We are very picky about the meat we eat and usually stick to an only a few spots in Miami. But now thankfully we can add another to the rotation.The Churrasco was seriously cooked to perfection and much better than what we were expecting. As you can see in the pics it was so juicy and melted in your mouth with a nice thin crispy exterior. And they serve it already cut for you which is very nice.The Magic 13 keeps getting better and better!The bright side of 13. Brewery in Magic city. Parking lot next-door with plenty of spaces.
